| Shipping Details | Products will be shipped from Hong Kong, China. For orders with full payment received by ICERIVER, shipments will be arranged based on a first-come, first-served principle. You are responsible for any customs delays or returns due to inadequate documentation. It is strongly recommended that you understand local customs clearance policies and prepare all necessary clearance documents in advance to avoid any clearance delays or unexpected fees. We provide delivery services through internationally recognized logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, etc., to most countries to meet customer needs. We are not responsible for the form of transportation. If the mining machines are returned to our warehouse due to tax issues, customers need to pay additional shipping fees. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, it is considered that we have completed our delivery obligation, and ownership of the products as well as the risk of damage and loss will be transferred to you. |
| Warranty | A warranty of 180 days is provided from the date of shipment. If equipment needs to be sent back for repairs, contact customer service to submit a repair work order. ICERIVER only covers the return shipping costs for repaired equipment. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who directly purchased the machines from ICERIVER. Once the mining machines are resold, the warranty will be the responsibility of the reseller. ICERIVER will not be responsible for any losses resulting from the user not following the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions for using this product or making functional changes to the equipment without prior consent from ICERIVER. |
